More About Beverly Jayne
Beverly Jayne began writing songs and playing guitar at the young age of 14. After finishing school and following a stint living in the USA for a year, she returned to South Africa and joined the band Concussion Girl, most noted for the single “Tie me up” which received high rotation airplay on 5fm and was featured in the movie ‘Slash’ released globally. Following two studio album recordings with the band and establishing a notable on-stage presence, Beverley Jayne performed at recognised festivals such as Oppikoppi and Woodstock and featured as the opening act for prominent South African band Mango Groove at the Big Top Arena. During this time Beverly Jayne released her debut solo album “Walk Away”.
